NAČIN PRIPREME:

Očistite i narežite jabuke ali ih nemojte guliti. U tavi otopite maslac, pa propirjajte jabuke da samo malo omekšaju i dobiju boju. Sklonite s vatre, umiješajte malo meda i nakapajte limunovog soka. Na vrh stavite sladoled, tučeno slatko vrhnje i ukrasite nekom marmeladom, pa odmah poslužite.
