Bruskete caprese s rajčicom i rukolomPOTREBNO:

  • 8 kriški francuskog kruha
  • dvije konzerve tunjevine u maslinovu ulju Rio Mare 120 g
  • 200 g mozzarelle
  • 2 zrele rajčice
  • 1 češanj češnjaka
  • 40 g maslinova ulja
  • nekoliko listića rukole
  • sol, papar

NAČIN PRIPREME:
1. Razrežite mozzarelu na 8 dijelova, narežite rajčicu i ocijedite tunjevinu. Popecite kriške kruha na roštilju ili u tavi. 2. Svaku krišku kruha premažite češnjakom i nakapajte s malo ulja. Na kriške stavite rukolu, mozzarelu, rajčicu i začinite s malo soli i papra. 3. Na vrh brusketa stavite tunjevinu. Bruskete ukrasite listićima rukole i odmah poslužite. Izvor:
